Nagpal Financial collects the information you submit through inquiry and quote-request forms — name, phone, email, and any details you provide about your coverage needs — to respond to you and, if relevant, to follow up about life insurance or living benefits coverage.
Your information is used only to communicate with you about your inquiry and is not sold to third parties. If you proceed with an application, additional information (health history, lifestyle details, etc.) is collected separately by the insurer as part of underwriting.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, and delete enquiries that do not lead to an application within two years. Where coverage is placed, records are kept for seven years after the policy ends, to meet insurer and regulatory requirements.
